Hello!
I've found that the project barely has any licensing information so I've spent a few moments to clarify it. Turned out that the original work is licensed under 2-clause BSD license as stated in 0xYUANTI/stdlib2@efd90fb (cherry-picked to this PR) while the rest modern contribution made by @kivra team is licensed under Apache License 2.0 (I guess?).
You don't have an issue tracker so I had to create a PR for this mater. Could you please add licensing info to the repo either by merging this PR or by any other way suitable for you? Please note that I've added a Apache License 2.0 template without filling legal placeholders so if you decide to merge this then you have to adjust the text of the license.
