Can keras_hub start unit test automatically like keras?

Not being able to automate testing is very inconvenient for the community to submit contributions.
Every time I submit PR, I need to wait for the authorized staff to open the unit test for me. But the time of keras-team members is also limited, so it often takes a few days.
This directly results in a cycle of contributing to keras-hub that often takes many days.

Therefore, if conditions permit, I hope that the keras-team can make the keras-hub project automatically start unit test when submitting pr, just like the keras project.
