[기능구현]

  1. 연락처와 이름, 전화번호를 입력하는 기능
  2. 저장 버튼을 누르면 저장이 완료되었다는 토스트 메세지를 볼 수 있다.
  3. 취소 버튼을 누르면 취소되었습니다 는 토스트 메세지를 보여준다.
  4. 더보기를 눌러 입력 폼을 확장기능 구현
  5. 성별은 둘 중 하나를 선택할 수 있다
  6. 입력하지 않았을 시 토스트 메세지 "잘못된 입력입니다"가 뜨게 한다.
