Factor

Describe the solution you would like

It would be nice if the type of factor score could be mentioned. Currently the checkbox says " Add FA scores to data". However, there are various ways to calculate factor scores, therefore, it is not clear what is done exactly. I suggest renaming the checkbox and mention the type of factor score that is produced if the box is checked.

Describe alternatives that you have considered

Additional context

There is a checkbox " Add FA scores to data" under Output Options. I suggest being more specific and mention the type of factor score that is produced if the this box is checked.

@FloSchuberth thank you. Could you be more specific as to which types of scores you might expect?

@juliuspfadt: There are different ways to calculate scores. For example, sum scores, Bartlett scores, Regression Scores, or correlation preserving scores. I do not know which type of scores are implemented in JASP. I would suggest a checkbox such as "Add [NAME of the scores] to data".

the psych-package tells me we are using regression scores. I have updated the help file. I believe it is a bit much for the standard JASP user to see this in the GUI. Thanks for catching this :)
