The only real change is the addition of the correct braces at input_bitstream.cpp:145

Solved some compilation issues on newer versions of GCC (11.4.0) and Boost (1.84.0).
Added test for
load_sequential.Since the repository seems to be no longer updated, I submitted this PR so that people in need can find my active fork.
