Uncaught TypeError: Cannot set property 'scombobox' of undefined

I get the following error msg with "jquery": "~2.1.4",:

jquery.scombobox.min.js:43 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot set property 'scombobox' of undefined

If I use the jquery.scombobox.js there is no error.

Same error. Something is wrong with minified version of lib.
