app icon wonot change

Describe the bug
Installed via brew, I wanna change the icon to a darker one to match my color scheme, but it refuses to change. I am using Pictogram to change non-app-store app icons, but it does not work with Cyberduck. Also, tried changing it manually, Launchpad still shows the original one. It keeps reverting back to its original one. Is this protected by the app in some way?
