Blocked an app in mountain duck

Hello! I'm trying to access a sftp using mountain duck. I need "compare" app to compare a local folder with a mounted on mountain duck
Unfortunately Mountain duck kept downloading large files to feed the "compare" app and I did a big mistake. I blocked this app (pop up box from mountain buck). I want to revert that but cannot figure where it was blocked! Hidden menu on mountain duck? somewhere in defender firewall rules? I use eset internet security and cannot find anything useful there! Please help!

There must be something in mountain cloud that denies beyond compare from accessing

Uninstalling ESET Internet Security will resolve this.

Hello! Solved this uninstalling and re-installing mountain duck. There must be something that it stores somewhere about blocking apps access to disk
