Do you think it will be feasable to implement something where for any model parameter (e.g. Gamma alpha paramerer, free rate category weights and rates, mixture model weights, profile frequencies etc), you can specify values you want to initialise the estimation from (instead of just fixing them). If you have a rough idea of the correct values, it might make estimation more feasible in terms of time/resources. So it will be similar to how you can initialise GTRPIX estimation from a set of exchangeabilities using --init-exchange, but it wouldn't be limited to this.
