Hi again, I have run into another issue with running my trees. I have been using the webUI, and I am increasing the number of bootstraps, and the numstop value, which is is leading to the program running longer than 24 hours and getting stopped. I want to continue running the files, as per the guidelines suggested with the error (http://www.iqtree.org/doc/Command-Reference#checkpointing-to-resume-stopped-run). If I understand correctly, this is only possible with the locally installed version of IQTREE2. I have downloaded, unpacked and tried to run the programme, but I keep getting the same error (Windows 10): I have tried running it directly from the bin folder: doesn't work. I have tried adding the bin folder to my Windows Path, but that doesn't make a difference either. Could anyone help me figure out how to get iqtree to work on my local machine? If I can get that far, I can either try to continue the runs I have partially done, or just restart the runs. |
