Yes, the macOS-ARM binary in iqtree-2.4.0-macOS-arm.zip is indeed broken. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience.
Attached are the updated binaries for both the macOS-ARM and macOS-Universal versions. These files have been tested on two different ARM MacBooks, and the new universal version has also been verified on an Intel MacBook.
