Migration from IOTA firefly wallet to new web wallet

I have accessed my Firefly wallet to find I needed to migrate to a new IOTA web wallet. I clicked on the use" mnemonic" link and my secret words were accepted. Following the remainder of the instructions, I arrived at the new web wallet using the Chrome extn as advised, but the balance shown was for one address and contained only IOTA tokens received from the 5th May 2025. All my previous IOTA tokens were not listed. If I go back to Firefly, my password for my two IOTA accounts are not accepted. How do I now recover my IOTA tokens to the new Web wallet? Grateful for any assistance offered.
