Failing to UPGRADE and not finding my IOTA balance anymore

Hi, My old IOTA wallet worked and displayed my balance but won't now upgrade to the latest version 2.2.0. It is still on this version 2.1.16 it says an error occurred in firefly when I try to upgrade.

What should I do?

I am using my ledger, and am on the latest version of hardware and ledger live. I can't uprade and can't see my balance anymore. Can anyone help please?

Firefly IOTA is deprecated and it no longer works for the new (IOTA) Mainnet network. You should switch to the new IOTA Wallet extension. You can import your mnemonic or connect your ledger device to it.
