feat: Value sync follow up work #1
Description
This is a tracking issue to follow all work streams with regards to completing the ongoing value sync efforts.
Currently, that means :
- Writing a test or running a test where the sync protocol fails due to the batch exceeding the
max_response_size. - Run the same experiment against feat(code): limit the number of values in a sync response based on upper limit circlefin/malachite#1184
- Closing feat(code): limit the number of values in a sync response based on upper limit circlefin/malachite#1184
