Add Community Sponsors section

This adds a section on the Sponsors page for our Community Sponsors membership tier; with one lonely community sponsor. Hopefully we get some more soon. I made their cards purposefully smaller to obviously communicate the smaller membership amount, and also leave room for many more.

• This uses Gravatar to pull the user's profile image by their email address.
• Name and job title are otherwise just written static in the code.
• We also track the date they paid in there, and we can manually rotate these until we get a better database-driven solution together.

Alex is a friend; he's going to donate this week. ⚠️ We can hold on merging this until his donation comes through. (lol)
