It's impossible to make selected preferences ctrl + p persistent.

Describe the bug
When editing preferences using ctrl + p it is not possible to apply the chosen settings.
The <ok> and <cancel> buttons are inaccessible.

It is possible to select settings, such as selecting monokai for example.
While preferences window is open the selection is applied and visible. Just exiting preferences window using esc + esc + q pudb returns to the code and the selected preferences disappear.

It's impossible to make selected preferences persistent.
The only way to use pudb is with default preferences.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. start debug with python3 -m pudb fibonacci.py
2. bypass welcome screen
3. press ctrl + p
4. Do settings selections in preferences window
5. Try to apply the selected settings. Don't work.

Expected behavior
To apply selected preferences.

Oh man. This works perfectly.

However, the tab key paid the bill for the right arrow - irony.

If I can, I would suggest including the tab key to achieve <ok> and cancel.
And/or maybe keyboard shortcuts <ok> [ctrl+o] and <cancel> [ctrl+c] inside preferences
