Ubuntu binaries can't be found

The error

Warning: binaries did not work: Error: HTTP GET failed: Not Found

has been popping up on Ubuntu runs. Now it builds from source, which is fine as a back up, but it takes a bit longer.

Hm... I've looked at whatever they have on the server and there just aren't any prebuilt ZIP archives with binaries for Linux. Sure, there are RPM packages, but I'm not sure they will work for GitHub Actions runners (or whatever custom runners people will use this action on).

Well, I guess it could be worth a shot to download the RPM, extract usr/bin/nasm from it, and use that. The binary seems to be a PIE one so it should run on any distro.

The warning has been downgraded to “info” message in #16 (available since 1.2.1). This should make annoying annotations go away, but it still would be nice to download and use binaries somehow.

Once in a while I make an attempt to implement RPM unpacking, but this did not come to fruition yet. Unfortunately, there aren't many Node libraries for doing that. I guess one approach could be to just piggyback on rpm installed in the system, if everything else fails.
