push messenger wechat and convert mp4

First: I am having trouble with push messages; I have pasted the webhook URL and turned on the WeChat switch, but there are no push messages to my WeCom group chat. I tested sending a message to the WeCom group chat via CMD, and the bot in WeCom sent a message to the group exactly as I requested. Can you tell me what I need to do to receive push messages from StreamCab to the app?
Second: I have enabled the option to automatically convert files to MP4, but the video still remains in MKV format even after the live stream ends. If I use DouyinLiveRecorder, it can still automatically convert to MP4.
