Some potential boundary condition errors:

  • over time, vertical velocity gets large in corners in UWLCM RICO simulations (but only with window=1)

some debugging changes that probably can be removed:

  • too many barriers in reconstruct_refinee? commit that added them:
    pdziekan@f0e93f0
  • xchng_ref at the end of stretching parameters is an overkill?

TODO:

  • reconstrcut not from smallest resolved scales (dx), but from 2*dx
