Splunk certificates

There should be a more robust way to manage certificates. Copying static files into all systems is non optimal for security. It would be nice to be able to use default certs and if desired provide our own.

If no updates are made to the current methodology, at least the new certs should be placed in the module as the current ones are expiring soon.
