Composer not downloading latest build

I saw version 3.6.5 was released yesterday and I wanted to download it into my wordpress development site. I used the usual:

composer require htmlburger/carbon-fields

But it is only showing and installing 3.6.3. Is there something that needs updating to fix this?

Just tried that and it seems to work fine for me:

Could you please clear your composer cache and try again in an empty directory?

composer clear-cache
mkdir test-carbon-fields
cd test-carbon-fields
composer require htmlburger/carbon-fields

Thanks for the quick response. I'm not very clued in about composer. I'm currently using it in Local (the Local wordpress developement tool), so I'm running the command from their site shell.

Anyway. I cleared the cache and tried again. Same thing happened, will not update from 3.6.3:

UPDATE: Solved it. I used the command composer update and it found 3.6.5 and downloaded it. Strange.
