Get notified when database is unlocked

Please add a way to wait for (or to get notified when) the database is unlocked. I could do this with busy polling, but I think there could be a more elegant solution.

Can you explain what your usecases are? This is really only meant to be a one-shot script to be used in shell-scripting or the like.

My use case is that I want to do automated encrypted backups as a background service. I do not want to interrupt the user with asking for unlocking the safe, since this will happen several times a day anyway. Instead, I'd like to have the backup wait until the safe is unlocked to retrieve the password and start running.

IIRC the problem is that the current api does not have a good way to listen, so polling is necessary.
