Full description

This is an improvement and recreation of a plot I created last year (in ggplot2) and got popular. It's based on the data and analysis by[ El Confidencial]. My plan was to place each country on its geofacet but due to complexity I decided to use the standard faceting in plotnine. Also I tried the circular version of it in ggplot2.
