[Bug]: In some cases backslashes in maintenance notes are escaped for no reason

What happened?

When a string is registered in the notes like that:
"\commvaul..."
After registering, in the view mode of the maintenance only one backslash is shown:

Ok, the backslash is quoted also here, so originally it was introduced like "\ \ c o m m v a ...

To clarify, it was originally entered as "\\commva ...? (If you use backticks here in the GH issues, GH will display the text as written)

Okay, the reason for that is (most likely) because we allow markdown in maintenance notes (and most other notes), so the problem (ironically) that you ran into here when posting this issue is the same one you're seeing in the app.

You can try using backticks in your notes section, or use a triple slash \\\commva ... which will show as \\commva ... in the views
