[Feature request] Key information missing from reports

Currently actions with locations aren't shown in Activity report or location history tab.

1. When you create/edit/delete location - this action is not saved anywhere.
   Real world scenario: multiple admins in Snipe-IT install. Someone creates/edits/deletes a record and I can't find who did this.

This information should be saved in Location history and Activity report.
