spike: Create a better search experience & knowledgebase

There's currently no way to search the documentation and this is essential for good DX/UX.

Fred: I'd love your thoughts on this one. You mentioned a knowledgebase/the ability to search through that KB so I wonder if a unified search is the answer? Does this knowledgebase live in the docs somewhere or is that a separate site? When you mentioned searching the KB, what sorts of things would get pulled into that search (docs, snippets, repos, blog posts, etc.)?

Fred: There are paid routes like Algolia, Coveo, etc. I was thinking of rolling our own with something like Elasticsearch (relevant search, unified search, and a unified index) + Neo4j (knowledge graph based on property graph model). Tactically speaking, whatever approach you want to do for search, works for me. And I am happy to take on as much or as little as needed, based on all the initiatives we've got.

A basic search has been implemented on the site. It won't scale to thousands of documents very well but it's okay until we figure out how we want to do a unified search. I'll remove this from the launch milestone and add it to a later sprint.
