Multi-Boarders in styles

When making a style, for say a panel container the ability to add multiple boarders would definitely help improve the look.
In the new 4.5 the labels do have a stacked effect option.

This can give UI designers more ideas to work on like,

• Having a 3D effect
• Making the outer boarder the same color as the base inner color and giving the middle one a different color (it would look nice idk)
• Doing animation with them and so on.
