Currently, accounts are only accessible in users' browsers. However, we want to make them accessible to the whole organization.

use different edit links in the extension for remote accounts
navigate to transactions when a remote route has been created (empty state handling)
handle deleted remote accounts gracefully
migarte local accounts to cloud accounts
add RLS
add a sign page that uses stored route information
Store which route and account were used to sign a transaction
