Populate transactions list in side panel when loading submit page

When a user shares a submit link with me, I would like to see the individual bundle transaction. This allows others to prepare bundles to be signed by me.

It should spin up a fresh vnet and simulate the bundle transactions there. So I should be able to record additional transactions without affecting the state of the original vnet.
