Is there support to programatically define those in glide.ts, or only through FF's UI?

ahh just figured out the wildcard glide.prefs.set that directly maps to prefs().
Might be still worth adding an example in the docs for this, e.g. to change the homepage:

glide.prefs.set("browser.startup.homepage", "https://kagi.com")
