Add a file command to open a diff between two commits more easily

Hi,

How to see diff across two commits in a file? Currently I can see the diff from latest commit with any other commit but how to see a diff across two commits for some file say apiimpl.js

Hi @masterskipper , I think you can use the feature "Select for Compare & Select Compare with Selected".

Firstly, Select the first commit and right click to find Select for Compare in the menu,
Then Select the another commit, do the same action to find Select Compare with Selected.

After that, you can see the diff across two commit, and find the file you want to check.
Like the screenshot below:

Thanks for this plugin! Just to add to this: why can't I simply select multiple commits in the commit graph overview and see the diff of all of them instead of the diff of the commit that I first clicked on? The current behavior doesn't seem to fit the users needs: if I select muliple commits, I am, obviously, not interested in the diff of only the first commit. Otherwise, I would select only the first commit.

That would improve usability quite a bit tbh!
