You can use the binary and forego docker if you want to grab it from here: https://github.com/github/github-mcp-server/releases/tag/v0.1.0

Just run it with the github-mcp-server stdio command and set the GITHUB_PERSONAL_ACCESS_TOKEN environment variable.

@toby Would definitely be less friction to use this if the binary was published to npm/brew.
