Problem

Current agent personas are verbose and focus on abstract idea generation rather than solving real customer problems. This leads to weaker business concepts and poor user experience.

Solution

Replace existing personas with concise, pain-point driven versions that:

  • Collect real customer frustrations during onboarding
  • Generate ideas that solve specific problems
  • Create stronger, more viable business concepts
  • Reduce token usage while improving functionality

Acceptance Criteria

  • Onboarding collects pain points (not just interests)
  • Ideas generated target specific customer problems
  • Memory structure updated: USER_PAIN, USER_PROFILE, USER_PREFERENCES
  • All agents maintain pain-point focus throughout workflow
  • Full user journey works: Pain → Ideas → Validation → PRD → Prompt

Technical Details

  • Updates docs/agent_personas.yaml
  • Maintains compatibility with existing ADK setup
  • Reduces persona file size by ~65% while improving clarity
