Setup Redash as distributed service using AWS EKS on 1 account while the RDS are available on 5 other AWS accounts.

Current resources:

• I have 5 AWS account: each having 1 RDS (PostgreSQL engine)
• 1 more different AWS account (say "common")

Requirements:

• I would like to setup Redash on this "common" AWS account such that all the 5 RDS can be visualized together.
• If possible, I would like to implement it in a distributed fashion (possibly using EKS or ECS) such that RAM/CPU never becomes an issue.
