master分支，看了cli的代码，如果使用json判断的时候不允许写file/kafka,但是file处理逻辑里又有判断是否输出了--format json参数

你可以尝试拉取请求 #72 的方法，但是生成的数据是ASCII不是UTF-8 ，我也希望解决编码问题
