Describe the bug

Some of the accounts/elements in the "Accounts" tab are hidden by the Bottom Bar and when we try to scroll them, it is not scrolling.
Note: This problem can be noticed only on small screen phones

To Reproduce

1. Go to Accounts Tab
2. If all the accounts are not visible then try to scroll down

Expected behavior

Users should be able to scroll the elements in this tab.
