When app is terminated by user like remove from recent apps, the sip registration is removed from server even when expire time is set to 7 days

How to persist the sip registration?

If the internet is off and user removes the app from recent app, then the registration stays but not when internet is on.
There is no sip message when app is terminated, so not sip message issue.
