goal docker:start never stops when followLogs enabled

Details

• "followlogs" feature currently implemented via "unterminated" wait() invocation on object - do that plugin process never terminates (and it could cause proble i.e. when invoked from IDE)

• finish operation on underlying loghander could not be supported or could cause irrelevant problem - in that case plugin process freezes....
