Description
Adds a new section titled "Pay with Self-Custodial Crypto Cards" to the Ethereum payment use cases page. The section introduces the concept of self-custodial crypto cards with an accessible analogy, explains how they differ from custodial options, and provides examples of notable projects (MetaMask Card, Tuyo Card, Gnosis Pay, ether.fi Card). Includes a comparison table and an explanatory note styled in accordance with site design.
