Describe the bug / provide steps to reproduce it

I configured a spelling rule following the info in https://vale.sh/docs/fixers/suggest#spellings, see
https://github.com/openSUSE/suse-vale-styleguide/blob/main/common/Spelling.yml

The dictionaries are stored in config/dictionaries.
Spell checking works as expected, but how do i get spelling suggestions from Vale?

How are you using Vale? A text editor, command-line, in CI?

You should be getting them in VS Code.
