Offline ./prep-source-build.sh --artifacts-rid=linux-arm64 HTTP 404

EDIT: Maybe wasn't worth mentioning this issue, I see this infrastructure is in quite a bit of flux.

I can't seem to find an artifacts-rid which doesn't result in an HTTP 404 error. The default (omitted parameter) works, but that is wrong architecture (linux-x64) leading to some NU1100ish errors for some missing linux-arm64 ilasm and ildasm nupkgs during the restore step of source-build-reference-packages. I was source building a preview build.

I'm figured out I can do ./build.sh --online to work around that problem but wondering if there is a way to do it offline. No Biggie if not just convenience in my case. Let me know thanks.

Oh... seems to be working offline now actually, maybe they were cached when I ran it --online.
