Mark a WORD as invariant

I know about the @invariant tag, but is there a way to mark a single word as "not to be translated?"

For example, if I put the name "Slack" in a resource, it stays "Slack" in all translations, I assume because it is capitalized. However, if I put in a Slack channel name, which cannot contain capital letters, it gets translated, even though the "word" starts with #. For example, "#general" can be translated to #generale" which is not the name of that channel. Although that one's not so bad, some can get really messed up.

Is there an escape character or something that indicates that the word should not be translated? At least I would suggest not translating anything in double-quotes, like "#general" as opposed to #general.

RXRM doesn't translate anything.
If you're referring to some translation service, it's up to the service how such things are handled.
If you're using an AI service, you might add some context like "do not translate words that start with #"

What are you talking about? RXRM is all about translations! It has settings for AzuireOpenAI, Azure, Baidu, DeepL, DeepSeekAI, Google, Google Lite, MS Terminology, MyMemory, and OpenAI. Only the deselect setting for DeepSeekAI isn't stored. On the TRANSLATE tab! There is even a tab for LANGUAGES.

Exactly, it's all about translations, but it does not translate by it's own. It just sends the neutral text to the configured translator service(s) and gets the translations back - it has no control about how the services behave for special words.
