Currently, the Bot tracks only the original message in help-channels for the purpose of pin clearing once the channel is ready for reuse. This has resulted in some scenarios in which pins pile up in the channel from an unknown source. Now that Helpfuls have the ability to pin additional messages, a solution that would fix the aforementioned bug and address this additional source is to have the bot clear all pins when making a channel available for reuse.
