Feature: Separate roles for build and deploy

Currently we have build and deploy permission in the same role if possible need that as two roles for some specific usecase

🎤 Pitch / Usecases

We are planning to restrict the deploy access to all developers, the infra changes and deployments should go through the devops team

So requesting for a feature of build and deploy roles separately
