XRD plot improvements from feedback

In base XRD block:

• d-spacing from high to low
• Add d-spacing, q and two theta to hover tool
• Option to log y-scale to show smaller peaks better
• Add peak picking to hovertool to snap the cursor to the peak?

I just ticked number 3 as log y-scale is already possible, or at least we make a plot of log(intensity) (as opposed to changing the scale itself to be logarithmic)
