Add support for Proxy API

Twilio's Proxy API is currently not supported but there are use cases for it. And it appears there is already a PR to add this functionality in #152

Closing this as I'm not sure it makes sense to implement while Twilio lists the Proxy API as a public beta product that could still undergo changes before its general release.
