workflow views: group views in "add views" menu

We may accumulate a few different "workflow views" (i.e. tabs) including some developer views (e.g. GraphiQL).

We should ensure the "classic" views (tree, graph, dot) are prominent as these are the ones that will be most frequently used.

We could collect the developer views into a sub-menu to avoid clutter.
