tutorial: isodatetime command #428

I think we should make use of the isodatetime command during the tutorial.
In particular the recurrence predicting ability would be really useful in the recurrence section of the tutorial (much easier than reloading in cylc graph to see what cycles you get out) isodatetime R/P1Y/2020.
