Menu items got lost

@proddata reported that after the recent refactorings, mostly primary navigation adjustments after improving [1], all done in good intentions, we now have the situation that the secondary navigation items for the drivers section of the documentation are missing from the lefthand navigation area, because their corresponding root menu items are missing, having been removed with 490ac7e. See, for example, the Python driver at [2].

Solution

We will need to add them back, until we can enhance the capabilities of the primary navigation component, see GH-405.
