`is_script` argument for trust scripts is undocumented

### Problem

The `is_script` argument that many trust scripts accept to override CLI vs subscript output is undocumented. Similarly, the difference in behavior between calling some trust scripts as hard-coded calls vs scriptors is undocumented.
